Compensation: $75/hour (4-5 hours per month)

Headhunters Academy is a leading online coaching program for recruiters who want to set up, scale, and thrive in their own recruiting businesses. We provide a community and resources for individuals wanting to launch or scale their own recruiting business.

Position Summary:

We are seeking 2-3 experienced and successful Recruiter Coaches to join our team on a very part-time basis. This role requires conducting four 1-hour coaching calls per month with members of Headhunters Academy who are in the process of establishing or scaling their recruiting businesses. You’ll field questions, provide expert guidance, and help members implement the concepts and strategies we teach in our program.

Key Responsibilities:

Host four 1-hour virtual coaching calls per month for Academy members
Answer questions related to launching and growing a recruiting business
Offer personalized insights to help members implement Headhunters Academy's strategies
Share best practices and practical advice based on your own experience as a successful independent recruiter

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience running your own recruiting business
Proven track record of generating at least $100,000 in gross revenue per year
Deep knowledge of the recruiting industry and best practices for growth and client acquisition
Strong communication and coaching skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire actionable progress
