Jonathan started out in recruiting 9 years ago. After a few years, he decided to try his luck as a freelance recruiter. Within 6 months of quitting his job, he had charged over $100,000 in recruiting fees on a part-time basis.

He then went on to found Jobfuture.ai, a 7-figure recruiting agency which did hundreds of recruiting deals.

But his true passion is teaching everyday people how they can harness the power of recruiting and build their own freelance recruiting business.
